Supplementing is a very personalised thing, and not necessarily the first line of defence when it comes to health improvement - however, their role in supporting our health needs can be beneficial and sometimes transformative.

When it comes to choosing the right product for you, it can be extremely overwhelming in a crowded market to even know where to begin when choosing the right brand.

Every week it seems a new supplement brand is popping up, claiming it’s the best choice for you.

My rule of thumb when it comes to buying supplements that work for me is to do an across the board comparison of price points, ingredients and dosage (the most important factor). I won’t spend money on anything until I’ve figured out which product is the best based on expert guidelines.

I want to share the work that I’ve already done (which has take a good few days to sum up) to give you a transparent representation of what is the best of the best. Essentially, what will give you the best return on your investment.
