Keep brushing twice a day

The Stack

Oral health feels a bit overlooked compared to other areas of our biology but is just as important to take care of.

This stack is from Andrew Huberman’s podcast, which I’ve converted into a classic The Supplement infographic for your ease.

  1. Floss first using either a water pick or dental floss. Water pick is preferred over dental floss as it’s gentler but comes with an added cost.

  2. Tongue scraping is next, the advice here is to gently brush your tongue rather than scrape, as the tongue tissue is very sensitive. Also, another hot tip, don’t use the same brush on your tongue as you use on your teeth.

  3. Next is brushing. Use a soft toothbrush and don’t forget to brush your gums to help with circulation and promote healthier teeth.

  4. Follow this process twice a day.
