Probiotic Stack

Bacteria Boosting

The Stack

Probiotics, as we know, aid in increasing the good bacteria in the gut, providing digestion and immune support.

The confusion lies in which type of probiotics we should be taking, how much of it and what other considerations we should be looking out for. Part of The Supplement is to find specific information that makes implementing your health stacks effortless.

However, with probiotics, the consensus is that it’s very much unique for each person.

This stack gives you guidelines on what to look out for in choosing your probiotics, rather than suggesting the ‘right’ one to take.

  1. As much as I wish I could say, this strain is the best, it is a case-by-case scenario. You might be looking for probiotics for general health, in which case there are certain recommendations, but many strains have been proven to target certain health conditions. The advice on dosage is to find one between 10-20 billion CFU.

  2. Once you have an idea of which strain is most beneficial for you, you want to check that the strains in the product you're using are not just ‘active’ but ‘live’. Your probiotics need to be alive to do their job.

  3. Some strains are already pretty resilient and can withstand our stomach acid, making their way to our gut in one piece. However, others need to be protected by an enteric-coated capsule to survive its journey to the gut.
